About The Position

The Country Club Luxury Driver is responsible for delivering safe, discreet, and first-class transportation services to members and their guests. This role requires a highly professional demeanor, meticulous vehicle upkeep, and strong knowledge of local and regional routes. Responsibilities include coordinating airport transfers, assisting with luggage, maintaining strict confidentiality, and consistently providing an exceptional level of customer service. The position requires flexibility, including early morning and late-night availability, as well as occasional travel to New York City and other destinations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience as a professional driver.
  • Luxury hospitality transportation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of local routes, airports, hotels, and major destinations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with high-profile members and guests.
  • Have a good attitude and participate as a member of the team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for club members and their guests.
  • Coordinate and perform airport transfers, special event transportation, and local travel as requested.
  • Assist passengers with luggage packages and personal belongings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding member identities, travel plans, and personal information.
  • Maintain an immaculate appearance of all club vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in excellent operating condition at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.y
  • Utilize strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes to ensure efficient travel.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to members and guests at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with club staff to coordinate transportation schedules and member requests.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and club policies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the club with courtesy and discretion.
  • Maintaining reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapting to changing duties, as required, based on business needs
