About The Position
My Sister's Closet has been a trusted name in luxury consignment since 1991. We offer a curated selection of designer clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories, providing consignors a way to earn extra cash and shoppers the opportunity to find high-end fashion at exceptional prices. We are searching for persons experienced in authenticating high-end couture, designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories. The ideal candidates are individuals with an excellent eye for selection who can choose pieces that are exactly what our incredible clientele expect from us. Impeccable customer service and communication skills will enable you to communicate effectively with our consignors. Your wage will be based on the level of experience you have in this field.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of luxury designer labels.
- Experience authenticating designer clothing, shoes, and handbags is required.
- Current on latest fashion trends is a must.
- Must carry a professional attitude and professional appearance.
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service, verbal and written communications.
- Computer & mobile skills (Google, Microsoft Office, IOS, basic internet).
- POS experience required.
- Ability to multi-task and help in other areas of the store when needed.
- This position requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and at least lift up to 30lbs.
- Weekend shifts are required.
