Where is the work: · This is a virtual position What you will do: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. This team supports all the districts (DSO) with their metrics. Find ways to improve efficiencies within sites that are failing. Support all operations- warehouses and sales team. New segment of business is growing within consignment dealer and this team needs one person to do consignment accounts- working directly with sales team.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-4 years computer and customer support experience required.
  • Oracle trained preferred
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (this person will be doing formulas, graphs, pivot tables etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle trained preferred
  • Consignment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain new and existing accounts
  • Vetting consignment locations to make sure they fall within the parameters
  • Request ORG creation and follow up from beginning to end
  • Work with replenishment on the initial stocking plan
  • Creating consignment agreements
  • Coordinate/conduct SW training with field, DWM and dealer
  • Assure set up is completed properly
  • Notification to all order management teams via email
  • Manage the entire consignment process
  • Update all necessary misc. administrative duties for consignment accounts
  • Then after opening, work with replenishment on stocking plan changes
  • Assure compliance (receiving, cycle counting, etc.)
  • Weekly confirmation of order ship confirmation in Oracle
  • Daily transact move orders and confirmations of all orders
  • Assure cycle counting is complete
  • Reconciliation of cycle counting
  • Damage items returns
  • Work with warehouses, dealers.
  • Inbound receiving
  • Monthly reporting to sales on performance via email
  • Determine “close or go” on all consignment accounts
  • Track consignment inventory values
  • All other duties requested
