About The Position

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Luxury Brand Liaison Officer / Supervisor to support high-end retail operations at a premier shopping destination in Huntington Station, NY. This role serves as a shift supervisor while also acting as a dedicated liaison for luxury tenants on property. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background in retail environments and the ability to deliver white-glove service while maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of prior retail security experience (required)
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Valid NYS Security Guard License (if applicable to assignment)

Responsibilities

Supervise assigned shifts and provide leadership and guidance to on-site security staff
