The Bartender will work closely with fellow service members and the Culinary team to ensure a memorable, five-star experience for guests. This role focuses on providing luxury beverage and food service with a friendly and professional demeanor, contributing to Front of House operations by efficiently and correctly preparing all cocktails to Dewberry standards and guest specifications, as well as other operational and managerial goals. The Dewberry is a globally recognized hotel located in the heart of downtown Charleston, bordering Marion Square. It offers 153 thoughtfully appointed rooms, world-class service, and unparalleled views, occupying the former L. Mendel Rivers federal building. The hotel features several event spaces, a nationally celebrated cocktail program at The Living Room, the whimsical cocktail lounge Citrus Club, treatments at The Spa, and the curated boutique The Shop.
