Sign Bonus Available- Up to $3000 Specializing in Lamborghini | McLaren | Rolls-Royce Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most prestigious and performance-driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces. Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehicles
• Prior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferred
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
• ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra-luxury and exotic vehicles
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand quality
• Use factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical software
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
• Treat every vehicle with white-glove care and attention to detail
