Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of automotive sales experience is preferred, but your "soft skills" and work ethic are what truly matter.
  • Communication: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with high-income, highly educated clients.
  • Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be 18 years or older & have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

  • Curate the Experience: Guide sophisticated clients through the purchasing process, helping them select the vehicle that perfectly complements their lifestyle
  • Lead the Way: Proactively prospect, qualify, and negotiate leads to grow your personal book of business
