Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of high-performing Automotive F&I experience with verifiable production history
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve strong PVR, product penetration, and income goals
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining excellent CSI scores while maximizing profitability
  • Deep understanding of lender programs, deal structuring, and compliance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations (Red Flags, OFAC, Safeguards, Truth in Lending, etc.)
  • Experience managing CIT, funding processes, and cash management with accuracy and timeliness
  • Exceptional menu presentation and objection-handling skills in a luxury sales environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all F&I operations and ensure full compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
  • Maintain daily CIT and cash management processes
  • Structure and present finance options tailored to each customer’s needs
  • Offer and explain service contracts, GAP, and other protection products
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and ethically to protect lender relationships
  • Drive monthly performance targets for income, product penetration, and CSI
  • Lead by example and support overall store profitability
  • Deliver a premium, luxury-level customer experience from start to finish
