About The Position

IronMountain Solutions is seeking a LUH Field Representative in support a Lakota Helicopter Product Office on Redstone Arsenal. Candidates must have aviation expertise with experience on the UH-72 Lakota, the ability to interface professionally with subcontractors, and strong skills in communicating and briefing leadership at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Desired experience includes Quality or Production Control, Life Cycle Logistics, and programmatic planning, and SOW/PWS review and development. An active Security clearance is preferred. Job Responsibilities: Provides Integrated support in Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS) Development and review Provides Performance Based Logistics planning for new and/or modified Lakota systems Provides input, analysis, and recommendations for Life Cycle Support Plans, Material Fielding Plans and Logistics Management. Provides input and advice for disposition and or management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Coordinates with UH-72 Fleet Manager on developing and prioritizing depot level repairs. Converses professionally and directly with OEM Manufacturer Airbus Helicopter International (AHI) Conducts in-depth reviews of Proposals, to include validating pricing, conducting Technical Evaluations, participating in Fact Finding Rails, and participating in IPTs. Works closely with Business Development Division by analyzing documentation and providing input for Fact Finding efforts and validating contract exclusions and Over and Above’s. Provides input and assistance in Technical Evaluation Development and Publication review. Provide analysis/draft report for the Product Office to determine Time Between Overhaul requirements and completed overhauls in a final report. Attends meetings and provide input to improve functionality and outcome of efforts in regard to improving supply availability. Completes other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Aviation aircraft/major weapon system maintenance, recognition and readiness
  • Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics
  • Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM related to Provisioning
  • Manage and operate applicable automated databases
  • Experience developing Integrated Logistics Support Plans
  • Ability to interface with subcontractors and proficiently / professionally relay Light Helicopter Product Office (LHPdO).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Ability to intelligently brief and converse with all levels of leadership.
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.
  • Aviation aircraft/major weapon system maintenance, recognition and readiness.
  • Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics management with an understanding of latest developments in the field.
  • Manage and operate Consolidated Aviation Maintenance Management System and applicable automated databases
  • Independently review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves
