A Luggage Supervisor will have daily contact with the clients, employees, and guests staying at the resorts. The position requires outstanding guest service skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • This location requires employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to any valid medical or religious accommodation.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts Including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Complete all required training including airport compliance
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Lift up to 75lbs
  • Pass a criminal background screening
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • With the exception of a fully-grown mustache, beard, or goatee all men must be clean shaven.
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
  • Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
  • Additional requirements as specified by management

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and directing the luggage team to provide personalized luggage delivery service to our guests
  • Manage and efficiently communicate with our client, employees and management staff to maintain the operation and any changes
  • Maintain good employee & guest relations; Handle employee and guest problems in an efficient and effective manner
  • Client Relations - Effectively communicate with Disney and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from our client
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement in company objectives
  • Assist the operation when needed
  • Perform other duties as requested
