What You’ll Do As a Lube Technician, you are the backbone of our service department. Your primary goal is to provide fast, high-quality maintenance to keep our customers safe on the road.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new automotive technology.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and advance your career as an Automotive Technician.
• Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination and the dexterity needed for precise mechanical work.
• Customer First: A professional attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, install new filters, and lubricate fittings.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to the team.
• Check inflation, rotate tires, and ensure proper torque of lug nuts.
• Inspect and refill all essential vehicle fluids.
• Use basic computer systems to log repairs and learn new service specifications.
