Tire and Lube Technician Full-time

As a Tire & Lube Technician, you’ll help keep our customers on the road safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, tire services, and inspections, ensuring that vehicles are road-ready while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and complete multi-step processes independently
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for long periods
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in tire or lube services, diesel maintenance, or general vehicle maintenance
- Ability to operate power equipment, such as air compressors
- Prior roadside service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop
- Inspect and service tires, including rotation, balancing, and replacement
- Check and top off all vehicle fluids
- Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas
- Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations
