Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair preferred (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
- Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Personal Tools.
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections
- Document all work performed and communicate any additional service needs to advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold Eastside Subaru’s high standards
