About The Position

Express Lube Technician The Automotive Technician (Oil Change Technician) quickly and efficiently performs routine maintenance and identifies the cause of breakdowns and repairs them using the most optimal solutions. Our team members enjoy terrific benefits which include: Team Atmosphere Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Vacation after 1 year 401(K) & 401(k) Matching Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Perform general express technician services as needed Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc. Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology Requirements: Adhere to the company’s uniform policy Auto repair experience preferred but not required Dealership service department experience preferred but not required Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Working knowledge of shop equipment Must provide own tools Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, weekends and holidays Additional Posting Information: This posting may be closed on or before the listed closing date upon filling the vacant position(s). Requirements
