About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Lube Technician who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that quality and consistency matter. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows the basics and wants stability, structure, and a clear path forward. From flat tires and oil changes to rotor resurfacing and that weird clunking sound you’ve been hearing for a week, there are a lot of Big Oh Nos for your car. Luckily, Big O Tires has the Big O Yes for all of them. For over 50 years, our customers have trusted us to offer straight answers and reliable service. Big O Tires offers a wide range of diagnostic, repair and routine maintenance services, backed by one of the best national services warranties in the business. Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of professional automotive lube experience
Strong knowledge of: Oil changes and fluid services, Tire rotations and basic tire service, Vehicle inspections and maintenance recommendations
Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
