Requirements
- Prior experience as a Lube Technician is REQUIRED
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well with a team
- Physical ability to perform automotive services
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- A customer-focused attitude and a desire to grow in the automotive industry
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire pressure checks, and fluid services with precision
- Inspect vehicles and recommend needed maintenance
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Communicate clearly with the service and parts departments
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with light repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Follow all dealership and factory procedures
