Support the full-time staff of the Office of Spiritual Development by completing professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the department outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist students, faculty, staff, and CSER supervisors with a high level of customer service as it pertains to policy questions and procedures regarding CSER. When providing assistance on CSER related inquiries, provide excellent written and verbal communication through email, phone, online chat, and in-person. Understand and utilize all CSER software for effective customer service. Keep abreast of all CSER key dates and deadlines. Provide support to Experiential Education Senior Director, Director, and coordinators. Assist with any new Experiential Education initiatives. Assist with other LU Serve initiatives as directed (e.g., Global Focus Week). Work effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering the mission of LU Serve, the Office of Spiritual Development, and Liberty University. Schedule requires student worker to commit 16-20 hours/week during office hours. Additional information may be found here.
