About The Position

We’re a growing brokerage expanding our LTL footprint and looking for an experienced sales professional who understands LTL but can sell across multiple modes. This role is focused on new business development, account growth, and helping scale our logistics offering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of logistics sales experience
  • Proven experience selling LTL transportation
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Book of business preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop new shipper relationships across LTL, FTL, and other modes
  • Leverage LTL experience to grow and strengthen customer accounts
  • Build long-term partnerships through consultative selling
  • Work closely with pricing and operations to deliver strong solutions
