About The Position

Responsible for new business development, account implementation, and maintaining customer relationships within a defined geographic territory. Focus on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored LTL solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years B2B sales experience.
  • Strong initiative, organizational skills, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Salesforce.
  • Mid-level negotiation skills and ability to offer competitive pricing.
  • Ability to collaborate with local operations teams.
  • Knowledge of LTL services and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to manage time and territory effectively.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

  • Direct sales efforts within a terminal operations locality.
  • Promote and direct sales activities, ensuring alignment with district goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding customer supply chains.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Conduct sales presentations, develop proposals, and close deals.
  • Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office to manage sales activities.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
