The LTL Services Representative receives, audits and processes LTL carrier invoices that will result in an accurate invoice to our customer. As part of the audit process, the Representative will: Contact carrier when invoices are not received Match invoices to shipments when reference number is missing on carrier invoice Upload documents including Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection Certificates Audit, dispute and resolve LTL carrier invoices Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
