About The Position

Start your clinical career in a practice built to support you. If you’re a provisionally licensed therapist looking for structure, supervision, and balance — not uncertainty— EWC may be the right fit. We believe early-career clinicians deserve strong systems, clear expectations, and leadership that understands the realities of growing in this field. Supportive Supervision & Professional Growth This role includes consistent, supportive supervision from experienced clinicians who are invested in your development — not just sign-off hours. Supervision is structured, reliable, and designed to support you as you grow clinically and move toward full licensure. Peer Buddy Support In addition to supervision, new clinicians are paired with a peer buddy during onboarding to provide informal support, connection, and guidance as you settle into the practice. This peer relationship is designed to complement supervision and help you feel supported day-to-day.
