About The Position
Looking for an LSW for in-home geriatric counseling. Minimum 6 client caseload, Supervision for your clinical hours is free with minimum caseload. Including but not limited to Monroe, Spotswood, Old Bridge, Edison, East Brunswick, New Brunswick, Edison, Hourly rate $41.00. Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants of both programs benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Services will help support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree and valid LSW in the state of NJ required
- NJ driver's license in good standing required
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred
- EHR knowledge preferred
