Position Details
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating weekends
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay Range: $25 – $41 per hour (based on license & experience)
Location: Tampa–Lutz areas

Who We’re Looking For
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Registered Nurses (RNs)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care (preferred)
• Clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilators, G-tubes, and IV therapy
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Ability to pass AHCA Level 2 background screening
• Candidates must complete screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
• Accurately document care, assessments, and observations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support families with empathy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
• Participate in emergency/disaster response teams (Team A, B, or C)
