Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred
- Skilled in tracheostomy care, ventilators, G-tubes, and IV therapy
- Reliable, compassionate, and collaborative team player
- Must pass ACHA Level 2 Background Screening

- Experience in home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or acute care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
- Accurately document all care and observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and support families with empathy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
- Participate in emergency/disaster response assignments (Team A, B, or C)
