General Description Responsible for ensuring the coordination of quality medical services for members Education/Experience LPN License required. One to two years' experience required. Job Tasks Ensure a high level of quality assurance regarding members’ medical needs, follow up, etc. Completes medical audits on MAR’s, medical files and medication boxes appropriately and ensures staff follow up on appointments and needs as expected. Maintain effective member/program relations Conduct basic member oversight regarding medical issues and situations and direct further needs to the program supervisor/RN/DON Conduct staff training on member medical needs, etc. (such as specialized diets/equipment/etc.) Conduct training with members on medical issues and situations Thoroughly documents all member medical/health issues and situations Maintains program operations and facilitates program development along with program supervisors Use the Agency time and attendance system to check-in hourly between the hours beginning one hour after your shift starts and ending at 6AM Assessment and ongoing medical monitoring of service recipient As needed, provide specialized direct care to members Administer medications as prescribed, either via gastrostomy tube (G-tube) or orally, according to the prescribed route. Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Fulltime position
