Our state-of-the-art facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, is set to open in spring 2025 in Pawnee, Oklahoma. Requirements

  • Current Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain before start date).
  • Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and best practices in addiction treatment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on medication adherence and self-care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a current First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with substance use disorder patients (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical assessments for patients during the intake process, including reviewing medical history, taking vitals, and performing drug screenings.
  • Oversee confidential health risk assessments and ensure patients have access to counseling and testing services.
  • Educate patients on medication adherence and provide relevant health information tailored to their care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and medical needs throughout their recovery journey.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including front desk support and administrative responsibilities.
  • Generate and review monthly Medication Administration Records (MARs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promote and uphold kindness, teamwork, empathy, integrity, excellence, and mission-driven care.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
