We are currently seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team and make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives. Part-Time 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM $34 - $42/hr. (DOE) Schedule: Two weekdays + every other weekend As an LPN/LVN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Working closely with a collaborative care team, you will support residents’ health and well-being while fostering an environment that respects everyone’s daily rhythms and preferences. Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- PointClickCare (PCC) software experience
- Minimum 6 Mos. experience in Skilled Nursing (current or recent)
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Current/prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing preferred

- Coordinate assignments with care partners to ensure excellent resident care
- Support and hold team members accountable for quality care and resident satisfaction
- Monitor resident needs and respond with compassion and professionalism
