Requirements
- Must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly.
- Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality tenant care in accordance with assisted living philosophy.
- Assist with tenant assessments, screenings, medication assistance and administration, and care plan updates as assigned.
- Monitor and document tenants’ physical and mental condition and report significant changes to appropriate parties.
- Perform evaluations as needed based on tenant condition or assignment.
- Demonstrate appreciation of Jewish traditions and understanding of the aging process.
- Provide support to the Director and team as needed during scheduled or on-call shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.
