Additionally, the LPN is responsible for controlling communicable diseases, providing in-service training to staff on health skills and safety, checking residents' equipment, assisting direct care staff with personal and nursing care, and ensuring adherence to Agency policies. The position requires an LPN with NYS Certification, the ability to transfer individuals with physical disabilities, a valid NYS driver’s license, and current CPR certification.
