Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license in good standing
- Comfortable taking ownership of an assignment and following through
- Someone who communicates well with residents, families, and teammates
- Someone who is calm under pressure and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, though we welcome strong candidates from other settings
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with the RN and care team
- Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
- Supervise and support CNAs on your assignment
- Participate in care planning and family communication as needed
