As an LPN you provide direct nursing care to our charismatic Residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNA's. Requirements

• Valid STNA License in Ohio
• Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.
• Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
