South Creek Post Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for Evening and NOC shifts! Requirements

  • Active LVN or RN license in the state of Washington
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document care thoroughly and in compliance with regulations
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff as needed
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
