About The Position

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The facility prioritizes patient care and offers a supportive 'family taking care of family' environment. LPNs will provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, which may include supervising nurse assistants, administering medications, and performing treatments. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
  • Must have experience working as a LPN

Responsibilities

  • Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
  • May include supervision of nurse assistants
  • May include medication passes and treatments
