About The Position

Amberwood Post Acute is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The facility prioritizes patient care and offers a supportive 'family taking care of family' environment. Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Must have experience working as a LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
• May include supervision of nurse assistants
• May include medication passes and treatments
