About The Position

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs! Shifts: Full-time, Baylor shift , 6am-10pm on weekends Part-time, Baylor shift, 6am-10pm on weekends Additional Shifts: Full-time, 6am-2pm on Friday-Tuesday Full-time, 2pm-10pm on Friday-Tuesday Full-time, 10pm-6am with a weekend rotation Part-time, 6am-2pm on weekends Part-time, 2pm-10pm on weekends At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
