Requirements
- Active Maryland LPN license
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the RN or provider
- Assist with assessments and contribute to individualized service plans
- Accurately document medications, treatments, and resident observations in the EHR
- Collaborate with RNs, GNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs
- Supervise and support GNAs/medication aides as assigned
- Ensure compliance with state assisted living regulations and facility policies
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
- Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies appropriately
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and person‑centered care
