Requirements

  • Active Maryland LPN license

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and state regulations
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the RN or provider
  • Assist with assessments and contribute to individualized service plans
  • Accurately document medications, treatments, and resident observations in the EHR
  • Collaborate with RNs, GNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs
  • Supervise and support GNAs/medication aides as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with state assisted living regulations and facility policies
  • Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies appropriately
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and person‑centered care
