Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with RNs to collect data and determine priorities in resident care
- Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the healthcare team
- Comply with nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care
- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
