About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct and indirect patient care services, requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice and in accordance with state requirements. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and enhance the overall patient experience in the MST setting. The position is full-time, working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays, at Prime Healthcare Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
- IV certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
