LPN - Evening Shift
About The Position
Heritage Hall Nursing & Rehab in Dillwyn is part of our small, close-knit community, where caring for others is personal. Being entrusted with their care means everything to us. LPNs are at the heart of hands-on care, especially during evenings and nights when residents are most vulnerable. We’re looking for nurses who bring kindness, steadiness, and a desire to make a difference. You’ll be part of a team that is rebuilding with purpose and continuing a legacy rooted in trust and dignity. Shift Available: 3pm-11:30pm
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred
