About The Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Residential Care Supervisor (LPN) to join our team at our beautiful residential care facility in Altamonte Springs. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing and supporting an inclusive, collaborative, and respectful working environment that attracts potential residents, their family members, and high-quality employees, and supports our mission to serve our residents.

Requirements

• A current LPN/Nurse license preferred.
• At least one year of previous experience as a supervisor and/or trainer of care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience in geriatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train care staff in a community or long-term health care setting.
• Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of care staff.
• Ensure that all care staff comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care.
