The Custodian @ The Fountains provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday: 6PM-2:30AM Friday:12PM-8:30PM Saturday: 9am-5:30PM Pay: $16.50/hr What will I do every day? Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor What will I need to be successful in this role? High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed What’s in it for me?
