Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Iowa
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, team-centered mindset
• Dependability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitoring residents and responding promptly to changes in condition
• Supporting caregivers and assisting with resident needs as required
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following all care plan directives
• Promoting a safe, warm, and supportive environment for residents and staff
