About The Position

Participates in care planning process and updates for change in condition. Completes MAR & treatment record, assuring drug monitoring indicators are identified. Assures required lab values are obtained for drug monitoring as recommended by RX. Obtains physicians' orders on new residents and completes physicians' order sheet and assessments Makes daily rounds to be aware of residents' conditions and environment. Informs primary care physician of significant changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical, rehab, or geriatrics nursing, or significant medical/surgical clinical experience during schooling is preferred.
  • Current Maryland LPN License
  • Current CPR Certification
