Requirements

  • Washington LPN license (current and in good standing)
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health or Hospice experience preferred—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care such as wound care, catheter care, medication administration, and symptom management
  • Conduct skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
  • Deliver patient and caregiver education and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers for cohesive, quality care
