Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in Missouri
- BLS/CPR certification
- 1+ year experience in SNF or LTC
- Strong observation and documentation skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and support patient mobility
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and assessments under RN supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform wound care and skin assessments
- Monitor and document patient health, fluid intake/output, and vital signs
- Supervise CNAs and delegate duties appropriately
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and families
- Ensure regulatory and care standards compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
