About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated LPN – Urology to provide patient care in a clinical setting under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The role focuses on patient comfort, routine care, and monitoring health, with an emphasis on urology-related procedures.

Requirements

• Recent LPN experience in clinic or hospital setting – required
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active New York State LPN License required
• CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
• Basic clerical and computer skills
• Strong communication and patient care abilities

Nice To Haves

• Urology experience or catheterization skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients
• Assist with urology procedures, including catheterization (preferred experience)
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RNs or physicians
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Support patient comfort and daily care needs
• Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols
