Job Description Summary: Sign-on Bonus Eligible: Up to $7,500 Schedule: Monday - Friday, No weekends & No holidays • 7:30am - 4:30pm Joining the Urology team in this role would be a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients who are seeking treatments for conditions affecting Urological conditions. Working in a facility that provides comprehensive care for patients from the beginning of their medical journey through to their recovery can be incredibly rewarding. As a part of this team, you would be working alongside four Urologists and a team of nurses, collaborating to provide top-notch care to patients. With an average of 55-60 patients seen each day, this role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow and learn every day. One of the exciting aspects of this role is the exposure you would gain to a variety of procedures, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsies, and more. This hands-on experience would allow you to develop new skills and knowledge that can benefit both your professional growth and the well-being of the patients you will be assisting. This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
