Responsibilities

• Overseeing nursing staff to ensure compliance with care standards and protocols
• Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams to provide optimal care
• Mentoring and supporting CNAs, involving hands-on training and guidance as they perform their duties
• Daily documentation of care plans, medication administration, and patient interactions
• Address any family or resident concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction within our community
• Consistent engagement with residents through activities and conversations
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff
