Responsibilities

• Monitor student health conditions and perform appropriate healthcare procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including specialized medical supports as required.
• Maintain effective communication with medical professionals, community agencies, school personnel, and families to ensure continuity of care between home and school.
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date student health records and regularly review medication status, reporting discrepancies to the supervising RN.
• Establish cooperative working relationships with school staff and provide health -related support during school activities, including transportation assistance when directed.
• Complete required documentation, including Medicaid billing forms for eligible students, in accordance with district and regulatory standards.
• Perform all assigned duties efficiently, accurately, and with a high standard of quality, while fulfilling additional responsibilities as directed by supervisory staff.
• Any other duties as assigned.
