LPN/RN Various Hours PDN (Peds/Young Adult)
About The Position
At Phoenix, we are seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This purpose-driven nursing role focuses on building meaningful relationships and making a visible impact by delivering skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs. The position offers a focused, one-on-one care environment, allowing nurses to step away from crowded units. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
