LPN/RN Various Hours PDN (Peds/Young Adult)
About The Position
At Phoenix, LPNs and RNs are sought to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This role is for compassionate professionals who want to make a visible impact by delivering skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs. Nurses will build genuine relationships with patients and their families, supporting children to grow and thrive at home. Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care
